My friend gave me this recipe, she makes them more fun by adding in 4 Tbsp rainbow covered chocolate chips.

 

No-Bake Almond Butter Balls

 

1 cup rolled oats

¼ cup ground flaxseed
¼ cup sliced almonds
2 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
Pinch of cinnamon & sea salt
1/2 cup almond butter
1/3 cup honey
¼ tsp vanilla extract

In large bowl, combine oats, almonds, flax, chia, cocoa, salt, and cinnamon. In separate bowl, melt almond butter, and stir in honey. Add vanilla extract mixing well. Pour over oat mixture and mix well with spoon. Bring dough together with coconut-oiled hands. Roll into 1 tsp balls. Store in fridge.
