Chocolate Coconut Granola


5 cups rolled oats
3 cups whole grain puffs (puffed brown rice, millet, spelt, etc)
1 cup hemp seeds
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup fair trade unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp liquid stevia
2 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 – 1/2 cup warm water
1/4 cup coconut oil melted

Preheat oven to 250 F. In a large bowl, combine oats, puffs, hemp seeds, coconut and cocoa powder. In a measuring cup, combine maple syrup, stevia, vanilla extract, sea salt, water and coconut oil. Slowly pour liquid over cereal while stirring. Stir until no powdered cocoa is left and all cereal is evenly coated. Bake in glass baking dishes for 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes until dry and crumbly. Cool and store in air tight container. Makes 20 servings.
