Want to do yoga?

So, I thought it would be great to add some links to places I have learned about, heard about and been to for others to receive the benefit too.

I have just added a new "Links" page to the website to provide links to Wholistic Dental Hygeine, Biological dentistry and many of the yoga studios in Orillia.

What better way to start the New Year, than to take up yoga at one of these fantastic studios. I personally know many of these practitioners, and if I don't they, they are listed because I have heard great things about their studios. So check out the links to their websites for class schedule. 

Soon, I will be adding links to all of the places you can go indoor swimming in Orillia. Just because it is winter doesn't mean you need to hibernate in your house. If you are nto excited about playing in the snow like I am, head to yoga, or an indoor pool for a way to move your body!
