First and second appointments generally last 90 minutes and may involve a physical exam and laboratory testing.
Follow up appointments generally last between 30 and 45 minutes and will be recommended according to your particular health concerns.
Cancellation Policy: Our office requires 48 hour notice for cancellations and changes to appointment times, missed Initial and Second visits will incur a charge of 50% of the visit fee. Missed Follow-up visits will incur a charge $45 missed appointment fee as we have reserved this time for you.
Accepted Payment Methods: Our office accepts payments made by cash, cheque, debit, Visa, and MasterCard.
Payments must be made a the time of visit. An invoice will be provided to patients for submission to benefits.
